Smart Villa's hand over nahee kia. 3 year plan ta from 2019 and now 2024. 6 year has past. 100% payment ly le 2022 me. Ab extra pesy mang rahy 10 lakh sy 15 lakh. Bywakoof bana rahee CSC overseas ko. Quality construction ka be issue hy. Home appliances sy be Bhaag rahee management. Kia kia such boly hub hum. Overseas are highly angry and upset with capital Smart City. No more investment in capital Smart City.

Sales Partners, Sales Partners, Sales, partners,....a constant rhetoric about meetings after meetings with sales partners... what about end users. Why is CSC shying away from end users and meetings with them. Do end users not matter? Surchanrges / Late chargers ~ please don't do that favour to end users. Most genuine end users are paying their dues and have possibly complete all their payments... It is most likley that your sales partners, their friend and families have these plots and they are not paying dues ... In my view, it is to only benefit your sales partners... I just applied for a Villa possession - guess what?... I have been asked for more than 50% in extra charges... My life savings gone into the house; when I want to move in, I am asked for around 55% extra (approx. 45 lakh). I can't even comprehend the mental stress, the desperation, the disappointment... The road in front is not built. In fact it finishes after about 5 houses. The park, the masjid ~ nothing in the vicinity and no plans to build one... No shops or other amenities in walking distance... yet, despite all this I was willing to move there... It is doubly disappointing because I believed in CSC and what they were trying to achieve for Pakistan. I also understand the struggles of global property market. However, I don't believ the solution is to punish the handful of real investors who want to relocate to CSC and help it grow... I am not sure Malik Saheb will read it, or do anything about it... I am not even sure anyone would care how CSC has made me (and possibly many others) suffer time and again... I just hope something good comes out of it, that both benefits CSC and end users!

Capital Smart City Management is worry for imposed Tax on overseas investors. Great thank you. I have one question. Capital Smart City Management why not worried about putting extra payment between 10 lakh to 15 lakh ( 5 marla ) and 24 lakh ( 7 marla ) on Smat Villas for the name of Mumty , Stairs , Square feet . Which is unfair and unjustified and Haraam. 6 year has been passed and takan 100% payment on 3 year plan with no delivery to the real overseas investors. We did not seen any shyness on their faces and eyes . The CSC Management loss the trust and credibility already. They did not fillfull their commitment and did not own their promises. Overseas investors are SAD and Angry on this Attitude. We did not seen Smart features and Quality construction over there specifically after the year 2022. Smart Villas are big Question on Mark Habib Rafique Group . No overseas is ready to invest further.

Hi To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange. And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business. Kind regards
